This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to the information we collect through the E Attendance Web and mobile application collectively referred to as “Platform

This privacy policy describes the data we collect and how we use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the platform

  • Personal information which may be part of any conversation or uploaded media

There are several non-identifiable information we may collect via automated means  

  • Device type, OS version and unique device identifier 
  • We collect your device location to tailor our offerings as per the geographical locations. Example offers, accounts management services and microfinancing.  
  • We collect information from the device when you download and install the App and explicitly seek permissions from you to get the required information from the device. 
  • Device information collected may include hardware model, network state and information, device IMEI, network operator information, Internet protocol (“IP”) address and Camera
    We require the camera permission to allow you to click and upload documents on the platform  
  • We track how our users use our platform and use the same for internal research and improve the platform offering for our customers. 
  • We may also collect when you access the platform such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site.
  • Platform visitorship Information
    We gather information from the platform activity, such as data on the number of people who visit the Platform, the pages they visit, the duration of their stay, etc. Platform visitorship Information includes:
